"We currently have auto insurance with State ( Rob Joniner) Farm Our insurance ran out January 3 and we have not heard from them to renew. That is not the way to do business or to kerp customers. We have found insurance with a different company."
"Gail...the renewal notice on your auto policy was sent to your address directly from State Farm Insurance Company on 11/1125 for your 1/3/26 renewal. Those renewal notices are automated and sent directly from State Farm vs. being mailed from my office. We also sent a text to you from my office on 1/7/26 at 4:46PM reminding you of the Auto policy renewal. I'm sorry that you were unhappy with our agency. Please let me know if we can ever be of service to you in the future."
